01. Software Development Engineer
Role
- Perform analysis of system requirements, elaborate into user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile methodology format
- Automate build, operate, and run aspects of software.
- Hunger for Systems and Technical knowledge – constantly analyzing and innovating new, better approaches to our systems
- Perform demos/acceptance discussions in interacting with Product Owners.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Build and modify applications using a mix of Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL and Spark
- Maintain thorough unit tests
- Actively work with testers and other engineers to ensure requirements are met and tested from end-to-end
All About You
The ideal candidate would have the following PRIMARY skills:
- Experienced in Java development, design patterns, threading, unit testing, debugging and Spring Boot
- Experience with REST service design and development
- Experience with data analysis
- High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative (Agile) environment
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Some experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular or React
- Comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions and seeking help through tools like Teams or Slack.
- Extreme Performance or NoSQL Data Storage such as GemFire Object Grid, Terracotta, or Cassandra
- Database experience including Oracle and advanced SQL scripting
- Hadoop experience
- Experience integrating vendor and open source products into an overall system
02. Lead - Performance Engineer
Responsibilities
As a Senior Organizational Performance Specialist, you will provide a broad range of consultative services and program development related to performance management, talent review, and change and transition strategies by operating as a primary liaison and trusted business advisor to various levels of IT leadership. You will collaborate with IT leaders to understand talent needs, align solutions to address needs, and strive for continuous and measured improvement of organizational and individual performance. You will also collaborate with Workforce Services and guide opportunities that drive management team effectiveness, improve talent depth and skill alignment for employees. This role will champion change and help position the organization for success by coaching and cultivating leaders. You are expected to have a solid background and understanding of talent and organizational management strategies. Effective working relationships with IT leadership and Workforce Services partners will be critical to your success, as well as exceptional communication and influence skills, including the ability to facilitate challenging leadership interactions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison to IT organization to identify organizational planning needs, goals, and trends; responsible for the collection, analysis, review, documentation, and communication to leadership of organizational needs and requirements.
- Collaborates with management teams by providing strategic leadership, planning, coaching, facilitation, and consultation to teams and individuals to identify challenges identifies and assists with implementing actions plans and solutions.
- Provides coaching and guidance to managers and employees to understand needs and help to drive out solutions and identify available tools and resources to support employee development and organization performance.
- Guides and facilitates talent planning discussions to drive out high and low performers, gaps, critical roles, and at-risk employees.
- Identifies challenges and successes of IT performance initiatives, identifies opportunities for improvement, and assists with recommending the appropriate intervention.
- Assesses designs, develops, markets, implements, evaluates, and maintains IT performance and department initiatives may participate in or lead components of organizational development programs.
- Stays up to date on knowledge and research related to area evaluates and implements for organization, as needed.
- Performs task automation and implements process improvements recommends enhancements that result in increased quality and service.

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or related field

- Basic understanding of Information Technology function preferred, or experience partnering with and supporting an IT organization

03. Lead Software Development Engineer in Test
Overview
This is an agile team that will be balanced across full stack engineering and data engineering. The team will also provide leadership for other teams in using strong architecture and technology delivery practices that create the best solutions.
The Test Engineer role will ensure these products continue to meet the high expectations from our customers by notably improving existing functionality, updating stale or outdated functions, proactively adding scalability while continuing to add enhanced value to these products.

Role:
- Work with a talented team of developers and test engineers to develop fraud management applications
- This position will be responsible for delivering of Quality Engineering services (Code quality, Testing Services, Performance Engineering, Testing and Environment automation, Development Collaboration, Continuous Integration).
- Extensive understanding of BDD/TDD practices, code review and analysis techniques, and open source agile testing frameworks.
- Author automated test suites with code, front end GUI automation and API testing
- Perform ad hoc / exploratory testing methodically to ensure system is working as expected by end user
- Comprehend user stories to understand task items per story in the context of all levels of testing (unit, functional, integration, and regression)
- Track testing progress and defects via JIRA
- Participate in the process to continually enhance best practices for quality assurance
- Interacts with technology staff including Quality Engineers, Operations, Developers, Devops Engineers, Product management, and Program management to identify scope of project/s and deliver services.
- Drive adoption of development services (Quality Engineering, Performance Engineering, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Collaboration) among various delivery teams.
All About You:
- Good Java coding experience
- Use of JUnit/Jbehave/ Cucumber frameworks
- Experience in Testing Web services, Web UI, APIs
- Ability to create good acceptance and integration test automation scripts and integrate with Continuous integration (Jenkins) and code coverage tools (Sonar, Clover)
- Passionate about code quality and coding best practices.
- Good knowledge of Linux / Unix
- Knowledge of Java, Spring, JUnit, Eclipse IDE, Rest Assured, Jbehave/Cucumber frameworks, Databases, APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of Continuous Delivery concepts and tools such as Jenkins/Bamboo, vulnerability tools such as Sonar, Checkmarx/Fortify, etc.
- Excellent technical acumen and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong knowledge of traditional testing methodologies and how it applies exploratory testing in an Agile environment
- Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and have the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment.
